The Beginning Experience weekly support programs are led by teams of peers who have experienced similar losses in their own lives. The programs are 10 weeks in length, meeting once a week.

 1. Coping with Life Alone: Helping to understand the grieving process and the stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.

2. Rebuilding: Participants learn to rebuild their lives after the loss of a love relationship. The book "Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends" by Dr. Bruce Fisher is used as a study guide. It discusses rebuilding blocks related to the loss and help to provide an understanding of the past relationship and moving forward in a healthy way.

3. Building Happiness: An advanced course focusing specifically on you. For those who have gone through the grieving process following their losses and are ready to move forward with a happy, healthy life.

In all Beginning Experience settings, confidentiality is stressed at all times.
