Coping with Life Alone: A 10-week program to help divorced, widowed and separated persons understand the grieving process and the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
Beginning Experience weekly support programs are led by teams of peers who have experienced similar losses in their own lives.
Coping With Life Alone will meet weekly on Monday evenings starting September 14, 2020, online via Zoom. Sessions will begin at 7 p.m. Program cost: $45 which includes a workbook.
